Doris Mina Trindade is the Founder and CEO of EDEN Creations, a social enterprise that provides skills in tailoring and designing of bathing materials i.e bathing loofah/sponge), sanitary materials and clothing. The enterprise also offers trainings in tailoring and designing to young women, vulnerable groups (widows and people with disabilities) and youths who are school drop outs. The enterprise, towards its growth is working in acquiring additional more machinery (sewing machines etc), cloth materials and intensifying its market base through advertising. EDEN Creations were co-winners for the Idea Stage category under the 2021 Biz Pitching Competition and were financed with K400,000.00 as startup capital.
