Joseph Mphande is the Founder of Rooftop Invest, which is in inception phase from an idea phase of a Start Up which focuses on regenerative agriculture with an aim of creating a commercial farm that meets the city's food requirement for organically grown vegetable. The first product under the investment is the growth of tomatoes. Rooftop Invest scooped 1st position of the Idea Stage Bizcubation 2021 Pitch Competition and were funded MK1,000,000.00 as start-up capital. The entity is in a phase of acquiring land and greenhouse material for tomato farming. Rooftop believes in making sure that future production processes are cheaper, sustainable and with healthy products.
